It is in your responsibility to ensure that all relevant information is readable for processing your digital claims.
You can submit your claims to Intermedex by email from your private e-mail address to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please mark the original invoices and documents with „DIGITAL SUBMISSION“
Always include the filled and signed MIS-form with your submission.
Please retain the original invoice or receipt as they will be required for submission when normal operations resume.
